As per Dr. Russell Seitz, a physicist, the Internet weighs as much as a strawberry. He took into account the weight of all the electrons that make the internet “happen”.

An electron weighs 9.1 x 10-34 grams. While an average strawberry weighs about 50 grams.

According to Dr. Seitz, there are about 5 X 1034 electrons powering the Internet at any given moment. Their total mass is about that of a strawberry.
